LUXEMBOURG — Manwin today said that it has frozen its YouPorn chat service after its service was breached.
The company said it is probing the alleged hacking, the second such report in 10 days.
“YouPorn chat, a service operated and hosted by a third party, failed to take the appropriate precautions in securing its user data,” Manwin spokeswoman Kate Miller told XBIZ. “The YouPorn chat service has currently been disabled and terminated and will remain as such until the investigation is completed.
“Until then, YouPorn.com continues to ensure that all appropriate measures and tools are in place to maintain the security of its infrastructure, and to safeguard the privacy of its users.”
Ten days ago a hacker claimed to have compromised the personal information of more than 350,000 users after breaking into another Manwin site.
Miller said it was evident that the hacker accessed the Brazzers discussion forum through JuggNetwork.com, a site that was never completed and deprecated.
